What we can do for you:
Our extrusion lines can produce 6 miles (10,000m) of flexible magnetic extrusion in a single working day. If we ran them for 5 days a week, 52 weeks a year, we'd have enough extrusion to reach from our factory to the other side of Europe!.
We produce extrusion with widths from 6mm to 60mm in a range of profile shapes, standard or custom, to suit our customers' applications.
We're able to boast one of the largest stock-holding of magnetic and ferrous sheet in the UK & Europe. If it's something unique you require - talk to us - we can source it for you. In late 2021, Cate Fearn was working with Sheffield Hallam University, and they had a project they wished to share with us. The concept was a times tables aid for children, but the materials they were using were not working. They believed magnetics was the answer.
They spoke to our Business Development Manager, Nils, and worked on the concept together. After initial designs, the Magnetic Tables Stick was born. Using our magnetic and ferrous sheet, all the components are cut to size and applied in-house. The entire process from start to finish is bespoke - even the packaging! We carefully place the product in its specially designed, protective box, and attach the bespoke labelling ready for despatch from our factory.
