Yes. Technical data sheets are available for many products. If you cannot find the document you need, contact us with the product or material you are interested in and we’ll help source the right information.

Magnetic sheet is magnetised and can attract to suitable ferrous surfaces. Ferrous sheet is not a magnet itself; it provides a receptive surface that magnets can attract to. The right choice depends on whether you need the material to be magnetic or to act as the surface magnets attach to.

Yes. Anchor Magnets supplies customers across the UK and internationally. Our team regularly supports overseas enquiries and includes fluent German, Polish and French speakers to help with product advice, pricing and order requirements.

Yes! We offer next day delivery on stock items. For our more bespoke products, our lead times are competitive.

Plain magnetic material can be recycled at specialist facilities. However, materials that have been laminated become much more difficult to recycle due to the separation of the laminate and the magnetic material. Please speak to us if you have any questions or requirements.

Under normal conditions, our magnetic sheet and tape are permanently magnetised. However, exposure to extreme temperatures or other adverse conditions may lead to a gradual decrease in magnetisation over time. If you would like a Technical Data Sheet, please contact us at sales@anchorgroupltd.com or +44 (0) 114 244 1171.

We offer two types of Pot magnets: neodymium and ferrite. Our neodymium pot magnets feature a rare earth neodymium magnet encased in steel, boosting magnetic strength by approximately five times. Conversely, our ferrite Pot magnets consist of a ferrite magnet enclosed in a durable plastic casing. These magnets are available without fixings or with options like studs, threads, eyelets, or hooks. Widely employed in point-of-sale displays, signage, and retail setups, they are particularly suitable for overhead displays owing to their remarkable strength.

We are the only UK manufacturer of flexible magnetic tape, consisting of high-performing ferrite combined with a synthetic rubber binder.  It is UV coated on the magnetic face, preventing the tape from marking the media or product to which it is applied as well as the individual handling the tape. This is especially useful to the print industry where it reduces the need to reprint due to printed media becoming marked and unusable.

You have the option of several different types of magnetisations: Mag A, Mag B, or Mating are the most popular. Mag A and Mag B profiles magnetically attract to each other, whereas the Mating profile can align and attract to itself when rotated 180 degrees.

Additionally, there are several adhesive options available: Our most popular adhesives are Standard, Premium and Foam. We also have various Tesa adhesives, each tailored for specific applications. Standard adhesive is suitable for flat paper or board surfaces, Premium adhesive is ideal for plastics with excellent resistance to plasticisers and heat, and Foam adhesive excels in outdoor settings, adhering to uneven surfaces & is UV stabilised.
