Useful product for mounting solar panels on narrowboats

The magnets seem strong, My only reservation is that the threaded insert is not stainless steel, so I will have to take steps to prevent corrosion.

Our popular rubber-coated magnets represent a circular family of neodymium and neoprene combinations with fixing options. In this example, 6 Neodymium Disc Magnets perform in a closed circuit on a common steel base, providing 20kg of lift plus 8kg of shear resistance. This variant features an open ended M6 bush.
