Shipping & Returns Policy

Product Replacements

Customer satisfaction is paramount.  If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, our dedicated Customer Services team will set things right and send this to you straight away. We’ll arrange collection where required too. Our Quality Manager will also investigate and provide you with feedback.

Complaints

Please notify our Customer Services Team or your account manager as soon as there is a problem. We will log and acknowledge your complaint, which our Quality Manager will investigate and we will provide you with feedback.

Returns

If you order items in error, there may be a charge to collect and restock unused goods. We can only process returns of unused goods that are in a resellable condition.
