The quality management system at Anchor Magnets Ltd. is structured on and meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008.
It is the policy of Anchor Magnets Ltd. to supply on time, products which consistently meet the agreed requirements of our customers and to ensure that the products comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, defined standards of content and are fit for the purpose.
Our dedicated quality manager reviews, revises and monitors the quality and complaints procedure to ensure our high standards of service are maintained and, where possible improved.
The following is taken from our Quality Policy, a full copy of which is available upon request.
2.1.2 To demonstrate to both customers and staff the Company's commitment to quality, it is the policy of Anchor Magnets Ltd. to operate a management system in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and to continually improve the effectiveness of this management system. This system is also subject to external audit by ISOQAR Ltd., an accredited certification body.
2.1.3 The Managing Director and the management team ensure that the Quality Management System is communicated and understood throughout the organisation and that measurable quality objectives are defined and established.
2.1.4 All Company personnel shall comply with the requirements of the Anchor Magnets Ltd. management system and when possible shall consider improvements that can be made to the system and to the service provided to customers.
